What is balance? Is it harmony or equity and why is it essential to have it?
It is imperative to be balanced. Life is a test of your ability to be balanced in your thoughts and actions as also attitude. Today's life puts one under constant stress and strain and hence success is challenging even for the most capable and lucky. By being balanced one not only enhances the chances to be healthy but adopts a successful and meaningful approach to life.
Being emotional is okay as we are all humans but adopting rational approach aids being balanced and thereby take correct decisions, securing oneself and being in a position to help and guide others. Being balanced is both a need and product for the environment we lead our lives in. A balanced life encompasses a healthy diet, sleep, work and leisure. A life that is balanced is one which has its physical, mental, emotional and spiritual components in harmony with each other.
A balanced out approach to life essentially outlines the need not to overdo things or be overly worried. Remaining relaxed even under the most trying of conditions is an easy indicator that all is fine for the most part. A balanced life is one that is well poised to be happy, strong and useful. This is very much achievable with cautious efforts and faith that it will yield results.

This and more all stems in reasoning and simultaneously it also leads to our approach to problems, dealing with people and attaining goals. A balanced out person is able therefore to make the right decisions and efforts leading to a fulfilling existence.

It is true that you create a good environment for all if you are balanced out, not one-sided and at the same time, you need to be in a good environment to be a balanced out person that you aim to be.
Balance out the negative thoughts, people and surroundings from your life and see the change it introduces. Adhering to a simple lifestyle, healthy and vegetarian diet, non-indulgence can embark a new balance in your life. A balance that aims to make you more productive and happy is the one that you should adopt.
Judiciously spend your time with each person you have to deal with, your family and your work. Don't always be in a rush as it is unhealthy. Take time to nurture your thoughts and personality while keeping some time for spiritual upliftment. Balance in life means to be able to enjoy your life to the fullest in the most nourishing way. Explore if you can pursue your hobbies and even develop new ones.
A truly balanced out person can sustain imbalances to his conditions because he is strong from within and cannot be easily put off. A balanced out person is unattached to things around him and is not easily disturbed if things do not work out for some reason. It is clear that this individual strives for life-work balance and takes time to play and have fun.
Things look good only if they are well to mean and fair. By having the balance we do just that.
